That was....intense! Nearly Broken was so far from what I was expecting it to be. I feel like I'm still in shock. This was a disturbing book to read at times, but I just couldn't look away. I was completely enthralled with this poor girl's story. I think it was even more terrifying because the ugly things that happen in this book, they really exist, these are the dark terrors of the world we live in. I am thrilled to hear there is a second book coming out, hopefully this winter. I look forward to seeing where the story goes from here. I just hope for a happy ending!
