Wow, this was a riveting memoir. Struggle, love, loss. So much honesty it almost hurts to read, but feels necessary to understanding and making progress with trans rights. Sarah is very fortunate to be blessed with such a loving circle and I hope one day it's more common than rare to not have to worry about being hate-crimed, threatened, or treated like less than a person.
