Lights Out is a wild ride of trigger warnings and I am here for each and every one of them.  I would describe this book as sexy, emotional, millennial, and efficient.  I like how these fantasies play out, but the descriptions definitely had me laughing.  How many times can you say balls deep. Come on. Besides the hot somewhat problematic if you want to make it a problem stalking and sexiness, there was some real validity into the burnout of healthcare workers and the toll it takes on mental health.  Additionally mommy daddy issues do traumatize you for life.  Now how Josh handles them is interesting to say the least.  Overall, I enjoyed this book, although at times I felt scenes drug out too long, Josh is an emotional cry baby that only thinks about sex, and Aly gets sidetracked way too easily and she needs to express herself better, especially when someone else is helping her.  Any who, don't take it too seriously and roll with it.
