A Long, Long Sleep
by Anna Sheehan
So I read this about 10 years ago ... and it stayed with me. A "sleeping beauty" twist of a tale. I went with the audiobook, and even purchased it (as my library had the kindle copy but not audio). I enjoyed my listen, and really did love the story. More of a sentimental 5* I think than for complete quality of the book, but the fact that I remembered it fondly for so many years and was compelled to purchase I think pushes it there in my mind.
Loved the futuristic world, the idea of "stasis" and how it could be abused.
I didn't realize that there is a sequel/companion book (Otto's story) ... I might have to check that out, although it doesn't seem to have quite as high reviews as this one. It isn't in audio though ... I've converted almost exclusively to audio, so we'll see.
