I loved how this world was set up with the intersection of science, nature, and magic. the descriptions of the spaceships like ocean animals was really cool. binti herself was a great protagonist, and I loved how the narrative allowed her to be vulnerable. it was really fantastic how she threads her family history and cultural identity throughout the story. at some point, I definitely want to read the rest of this series.
