Despite its short length this has a lot of interesting and important information about Palestinian food, art, family, and much more. Some of it is outdated since this was published in 2004. Copies of this book are hard to find at an affordable price, but it is still absolutely worth a read. The only reason I was able to read it is because I got to borrow it from the library.
