An Introduction to Coping with Depression, 2nd Edition
by Lee Brosan, Brenda Hogan
It was a short book which I don’t think is a bad thing considering the content and who the book is aimed at. If you are in the pit of depression you don’t want to be reading a thick book. Short and sweet is exactly what you need and that’s what this book was. It got straight to the point.
The exercises in it were really helpful, they aren’t over complicated, take two seconds to do really once you’ve got it set up.
Overall I’ve found this book really helpful and would refer back to in the future if I was struggling again.
