I listened to this as an audiobook and it felt weirdly repetitive at the end of each chapter… but I am assuming it was because of some summary that in the printed version would have been clearer with a visual indicator it was a summary. It also felt heavily focused on leading up to the 19th Amendment and then jumped pretty quickly to the Voting Rights Act.
