An interesting retelling of Arthurian legend. Pretty good character development, some world building, character-driven plot, family drama. I have a feeling that Morgan is going to come I to her own in book two. The pacing felt inconsistent to me and I would have liked I bit more world building (I want to know a lot more about everything).
