A story about immigration, love, and family. I loved hearing about Covey's life and how she overcame the challenges put in front of her. I liked all the different perspectives we got to hear from through time. The characters are so well fleshed out. The story felt so real with all the complicated relationships life has. Lots of reveals at the end. I highly recommend this book.
