This was the selection for my book club this month. It was very readable, I devoured this book. I have to say that I kind of saw the ending coming but it was still enjoable to read. I don't think that I liked Dexter that much. Not being the kind of girl that falls all over herself for the damaged bad boy it was hard for me to get what all the fuss was about for Emma. But I really liked the premise of the book, coming back to these characters and their lives on the same day over 20 years. I also really related to a lot of Emma's professional difficulties early in the book, the desire to somehow "change the little bit of the world around you." It was good but not great.
