I came to a point in this book where I was just flying through the pages and had to go somewhere for a few hours and I couldn't read..... And I was mad! It was so, so good!

Roxy has held onto a big secret in her marriage... She was raped by her boyfriend at 18. She's now a mom to 3 kids and a playwright trying to get her play in a community theater stage with her best friend as the lead. Then her ex, "Spider" comes back into town and into her life and she's not sure how she can keep the secret any longer.  Especially when Spider takes an interest in her (and maybe his) daughter Jewel.

I thought Roxy was so strong! She was an amazing mother. She was so supportive of her pregnant daughter and never judged her. Her marriage has done rocky points but it's mostly strong and well held together. She has a lot of community to support her. Well done family drama!
