This spin off from the Zero Hour series had everything I love in a book.
A great mix of romance, love, friendships, suspense and humour to balance it all out. Include a well written story with a surprising plot twist, wonderfully likeable main characters and some really interesting side characters who add so much to the story and it made it impossible for me to put it down. One of the side characters is set up for the next instalment.
Jonah and Avery have buckets of chemistry between them in their grumpy guy/sunshine guy roles and it’s no surprise to anyone when they finally act upon it.
Characters from the Zero Hour series do make appearances but this can be read as a standalone.
