A book centering on WWI--some truly graphic stuff that made it not the best stuff for bedtime reading. But the ending wasn't right(or rather the last third)--it just seemed Too Much. I kept reading because I was curious, but not because I was really enjoying it or was truly captivated--does that make sense?
