Loved the first three stories, #4 was ok. The second story, The Life of Chuck, is one of King's best novellas in a while. If It Bleeds is great fun because Holly Gibney. Mr. Harrigan's Phone was creepy and Rat was amusing, very Monkey's Pawesque.
