Reading this as part of my Omnibus read but figured since I'll be reviewing all the volumes one by one after 3 I'll start with volume 1.

So anyway, this is the story about how Sinestro is now a Green Lantern again. Remember the Nazi-like piece of shit who killed thousands and wanted to run the galaxy? Well he's back on the good side. Or so he claims. And him and Hal must team up to safe Sinestro home Planet from his very own corps. While that's happening the Guardians being their sneaky little selves are planning to create a whole new corps. Because...well they're kind of pieces of shit and they cause more problems than they ever do good.

I enjoyed this a lot for the most part. The first five issues have Hal trying to figure out what's important to him. Sinestro not being a complete piece of shit. And plenty of great art with awesome fight scenes and deaths. The last issue is build up to the next art but the art is pretty awful, or the coloring maybe, but it took me right out. Also, the guardians making more problems is starting to get old.

Overall all though a good start to New 52 GL. A 4 out of 5.
