secondhandbookshelves 's review for:
The Starless Sea
by Erin Morgenstern
this book has a really REALLY slow start. book One is confusing, frustrating, and odd.
book Two immediately picked up & I listened to the rest of it in just a few days (on 1.5x speed)
the storylines entwine well, there are some twists I did not expect & the ending was just adorable.
however, I am not fond of one of the narrators or the fact that EVERY time Zachary was mentioned it was full name.
I probably will not read it again but I did enjoy it after the first confusing bit ended.
