This author is such a hit and miss for me. I have adored some of his books and some of his books leave me feeling ‘meh’ … this was one of them. I enjoyed reading it but I also could’ve put it down at any point and walked away. It didn’t have me in a chokehold that some of his other books have had.
It’s a Luke warm thriller written well. I’d call it a palette cleanser in between books.
