I really enjoyed this mystery that was a bit different from the standard. There's a variety of thems: from the wildfires to the drug cartel and all are well woven into the plot.
Even if this one my first book in this series I'd no problems in understanding the characters and their relationship.
The book is well written and the characters are lively and interesting.
I loved the Silicon Valley settings, a refreshing change from the usual small town setting.
A very enjoyable and fun to read mystery that I highly recommend.
