A lovely, character driven story, with great representation, and tackling some important topics.
The art was really beautiful. It was soft, colorful, magical. I also loved the futuristic world and the representation of it was gorgeous. I was really drawn into the story by all the sci-fi/tech aspects of it. The characters were also interesting: they were facing relatable issues, having to make choices that felt real, and I enjoyed that part as well, even though they frustrated me quite a lot. I'm also not sure about one of the characters actions, but oh well.
But for me, it lacked a bit of a plot to make me fall in love with it, and the story was wrapped up pretty quickly, when there was all that build-up before. It felt a bit rushed. I'm also not a fan of open endings, but that's just a personal preference. I wanted to see a bit more.
Nonetheless, it was adorable.
