I think I would have like this book more if I read it instead of listening to it on audiobook. It just too slow that way. You think the Podcast aspect would make the audiobook the better choice but not in my case. There was a point where I felt like nothing was happening with the book. I don't think it helps that I read at almost same time as Solitaire (which you should definitely read first. References to what goes down in Solitaire are made so if no spoiler at all sort of person you should start there). This does have more diversity and everyone loves fandom stuff. In terms of fandom, it only talks about the bad stuff a.k.a. "fans" harssing creators. I just like Solitaire better.
I like that this is a friendship book.
The demisexual stuff was fine (I say as Demisexual person) but it just feels far removed.
Yeah, far removed is how I feel about this book.
