Never Let Me Go
by Kazuo Ishiguro
In theory a light sci fi about mortality is right up my alley but this book felt oddly slow for its size. The pacing made me put it down for a long period and I personally didn’t prefer the voice acting on the audiobook. Some of the later part of the book that dips into jealousy and human nature is quite good but the story has some leaps of logic that made it a little hard to suspend my disbelief.
