Reading Black Buck was a brilliant way to start off the new year. Even in ever progressive 2025, components of this novel still give a new and true perspective, especially about white dominated fields like business/sakes. Black Buck was equally sardonic and witty, with raw emotion in just the right moments. The only downside was by page 320, I was waiting for the wrap up and still had about 60 pages to go. Highly recommend adding this to your reading list this year!
