White Fragility: Why It's So Hard for White People to Talk About Racism
by Robin DiAngelo
I'm feeling very conflicted with rating this book. I think it is an important perspective, especially because I think some (or perhaps, many) white folks would feel more comfortable reading about how they perpetuate racism in their daily lives from a fellow white person. While it is a very important read that I would recommend to all white folks, I don't think I am comfortable giving a 5-star rating to a book about race that was written by a white person.
