This book broke my heart, stitched it together and broke it again. I can’t even write a cohesive review, let’s sum it up to say. This book is beautiful, Arden writes so well, it’s beautiful lyrical prose. The book begins with heart break and ends with heartbreak and hope. This has to be one of the best trilogies I have ever read. The characters are well developed and all the saddness and horror makes sense for the plot of these books. Thank you Katherine Arden for this trilogy.
