The Fiancée Farce by Alexandria Bellefleur

I really liked this! I was very much in the mood for something chill and sweet, and this was exactly it. I loved the main characters and their chemistry. They were written very believably. Sometimes felt like it was going on a bit, especially some conversations could have been condensed down slightly, and Teddy absolutely did not need to be in the final boardroom scene interrupting and dragging it on far longer than necessary. But overall I loved the prose. And I’m glad that, unlike Written in the Stars, the book continued after their post-third-act-breakup reunion and we got to see them together as a couple.
