The concept of the book grabbed my attention. What if you woke up and your life was completely different? Sounds like an old Outer Limits episode! The problem I had with the book was the execution. The beginning was slow and the science was just weird. I wasn't a fan of the characters and felt that the author dug a hole that he didn't really come out of when it came to the plot. The decisions the characters made were infuriating at times. I just couldn't understand them. The worst part, however, was the narration that constantly explained the character was doing something, as if the reader couldn't figure it out on their own. Not worth the read.
