I was looking forward to reading this before knowing much about it, but wow this book was amazing. I'd highly recommend it to anyone. Spade doesn't shy away from the issues inherent to building new ways of being and collaborating, and offers practical solutions and step-by-step guides for how to create sustainable movements and practices. I wanted to underline every word of this book, and am so glad I read it. I'm also very thankful I bought a physical copy; this is definitely a book I'll reference again and again.
