myntop 's review for:
The Billionaire Boss Next Door
by Max Monroe
I borrowed this book with Prime Reading. It was suggested based on other books I had read.
I enjoyed this slow burn kind of story. I found the premise to be sort of cute, the way the couple met being less than ideal and then some efforts made by their friends to sort of throw them together. I think having both characters bringing in some baggage that the other didn't know about made them more vulnerable and when they finally opened up to each other it was all the more meaningful.
The ending was my favorite part of the book. The way that the final party was set up to let Greer know just how much she meant was SO romantic and sweet.
