The Butcher and the Wren
by Alaina Urquhart
“These calling cards indicate insecurity more than confidence, like someone who tells a joke but then spends a half hour explaining the punchline.”
The Butcher and The Wren by Alaina Urquhart
Narrated by Sophie Amoss & Joe Knezevich
QUICK SUMMARY 🖊️
There’s a dark presence with an interest in medical experimentation lurking in the Louisiana bayou, they’re leaving clues behind that only one person would understand.
FINAL THOUGHTS 💭
Loved the dual POV, this was a fun book to listen to and kept your on your toes. I’m interested in book two, but there was something missing in this book for me and I can’t quite put my finger on it.
