Kian was my first book by Melody Anne so I wasn't sure what to expect going into it. I wasn't a huge fan of the fact Kian slept with Roxie's sister and fathered a child but that didn't prevent me from reading the book.

I was not a fan of Roxie at all. Her reason for just leaving all those years ago was extremely immature. Normally, I find it easy to connect with heroines but that was not the case. Kian was a much better character, even, Pam (Roxie's sister) was a better character. The letter she wrote is what really got me.

I absolutely loved Lily and the Forbes brothers! I do look forward to reading more about them in the future.
