Over the years, Wonderland is a place where children and adults alike have held a special place in their hearts. Me being one of them! I started out as a wee child loving Alice in Wonderland, and to this day, still do!

I’ve read some great retellings of it and some so-so ones, but I’ll have to say that this one was super unique! Right from the prologue I was sucked in with the author’s magical words. The whole story felt very whimsical and the descriptions were lush and full of life! The MC is not Alice but perhaps you’ll get to encounter her as you read. And be prepared to meet lovely side characters as well. Yes, there are twists. Yes, there is a cliffhanger. And yes, I want to read book 2!
