this was a fun fall read for SURE. (definitely has me inspired to make a themed reading guide!) it has all the cute tropes of forced proximity and “they were roommates!” with added layers of the paranormal (perfect for you twilight fans, but done SO MUCH BETTER). they communicate via notes on the kitchen table (swoon), she helps him learn how to live in this century (adorable), he has an arranged engagement that comes back to haunt him (kind of literally), he has an off-limits room that’s for the most surprising reason… it just has such fun bones and made for a great evening of entertainment!
