Most of this book is a good psychological thriller, and the first couple of twists are good, even if you can see them coming. But the last one, the one the book is sold on, retcons nearly the whole story. Even if you liked the ending, it was still unnecessary. Leave out the last three pages or so, and it would have been so much better.
