Wow, that was remarkably bad!

It's not good life tips, but even if it was, the way that it's presented is so awkward and cringey that it's impossible to take seriously. Why is this book labeled nonfiction?? It's a fictional story with a fictional billionaire that teaches the lessons the author wants to give out.
Some parts were super funny and I laughed a lot, so I'll give it that. It reminded me of Rob Lowe's character in Parks and Rec. Especially the random periodical pushups. But it's not supposed to be satire... lol
Most of it is just poor advice and straight up incorrect. It's definitely aimed to an audience of affluent people who don't have to deal with any daily tasks, 9-5 careers, or raising children. And it's still bad advice even for that type of person- it's a recipe for extreme burnout and mental distress.

I do think that waking up early, if possible and depending on your work schedule and family situation, is beneficial for most people. But that is literally in the title. I'd recommend reading the title and then putting the book down.
