While not as strong as the last volume, the all out war is pretty entertaining.

The turtles team up with Fleabag and his group of mutants to stop Shredder and Krang at the same time. Lots of twist and turns, good guys going bad, bad guys getting screwed, good guys getting screwed. I did like how everyone hated everyone and so many plans at once that there were a good amount of surprises. The battles dragged on a little long for my liking and so many plans seemed built on the other person plan failing.

I really enjoy the ending and was in semi-shock of what happened and how brutal it was. I'm wondering where we go from here and if our turtles can recover. I also really liked the fights here. Shredder getting his shit wrecked was very very satisfying.

Overall, great stuff. While not my favorite volume it's really good. A 4 out of 5.
