The first 70% of this book is enemies-to-lovers par excellence - GOLD. I expected it to be sexy and fun, but it was also full of very real and raw emotion and deep insights into the “why” of these characters. Unfortunately, I didn’t like the final act so much- there was a forced proximity situation that was just too convenient for me to get on board with. But all in all, this is an excellent contemporary romance and if enemies-to-lovers is your jam, you should definitely read it.
