Did I miss something? I had to go back and check to see if there was a book between this and book 3, because it just didn't add up. There are references to things I don't recall happening, and suddenly Peyton is collecting magical junk in the attic? What happened to the freaky VooDoo witch out in BFE? I thought Peyton didn't have any living family, and that's why she was the one to inherit the house in Book 1. I'm so confused.
