While Sawkil Girls seemed like a fairly well-written book—Clare Legrand's prose was especially evocative and vivid—it simply wasn't holding my attention. This may be because I'm not all that fond of horror stories or my reading mood in general, but I had to put it down. I might pick it up again sometime in the future though.
