This is, no doubt, a masterpiece of a fictional memoir. I would give it a 5 if I could. There was just something in me that didn't click with it, perhaps low reading comprehension, perhaps apprehension for the character, or perhaps even a lack of relatable experience. This is a well-loved, powerful tale of powerful superhero girls and learning, mortal ones, and I couldn't tell if the world was metaphorical or physical, but the book said it best: "Sometimes fiction is truer than facts, and the trouble is knowing which fiction are facts and which facts are fiction".
