I wish I had discovered this book prior to diving into the Devil's Night Series, but I ended up reading it after. While it came last in my reading order, it certainly didn't rank lowest among the Thunder Bay boys' stories. Penelope skillfully introduced an intriguing twist to the narrative, much to my delight. Misha and Ryen complemented each other perfectly as characters, creating a harmonious dynamic, and the book proved to be a smooth and enjoyable read.
