For the Love of Friends by Sara Goodman Confino
5.0

For The Love of Friends by Sarah Goodman Confino was a laugh out loud funny book about a girl, Lily, who is in her early 30s. Lily is trying to figure her life out and while doing so finds herself being a bridesmaid in five weddings in one year. Basically the end result for Lily is deciding to run a blog detailing all of the weddings and wedding parties to help her pay for everything. Imagine 27 dresses meets gossip girl and you have a somewhat good idea on what to expect when you pick this book up.

This was one of the most fun books I’ve read this year. The story and writing were refreshing, the funny moments are well delivered, the tense moments are believable, and there are some really emotional and heart warming moments near the end too! PLUS there’s a super flirty slow burn relationship that i was absolutely melting for from the start.

This book has everything you need in a good old fashioned romcom.
