I Left A Lame N*gga For A Millionaire Boss
by LaKeisha, LaKeisha

hopeful

fast-paced
This book was engaging from start to finish. I did not know what to expect, though, I enjoyed the story of all the way through.
LaKeisha does a good job at getting you to love the characters you should, while making sure you hate the characters you should hate. Jabari has got to be one of the most villainous male characters I've ever read...he ranks right up there with Jasper from Ladii Nesha's Finally Famous.
I Left a Lame N*gga for a Millionaire Boss is a quick read - something I was able to get through in just a couple of hours.
Why this rating?:

Why this rating?:
- I took stars off because the title really doesn't match the book...what the title says, technically doesn't happen in this book at all.
- I really prefer standalone books and this book was short enough that there was no need for a sequel, in my opinion.
- There were spelling errors.
