Little Moments of Love
by Catana Chetwynd
4.5/5 This is definitely a cute feel-good read. There were several moments throughout where I thought, "HEY! That's me and my SO completely! I should send this to them!" and then proceeding to send a million pictures. It was silly and light-hearted. My only qualm (and reason for knocking off 0.5 stars) is that it feels like this relationship journaling is really in the moment for comics right now; and personally, I think that if the trend continues, it should be relatable but still specific enough to the creator that we get a sense of who they are. Chetwynd could have been anyone, which is a bit of a double-edged sword because wow, she could be anyone but then again she could be just anyone. This is by no means a detractor from the book. In fact, I hope to see more of Chetwynd's work in the future and I hope to get to know more of her and John and how they both reflect others and stand out on their own.
