This book is perfect for people who love fantasy, magic, and amazing fight scenes. The concepts of magic being in the blood and other Londons in different worlds interconnected by doors was so fascinating to me. V.E. Schwab is a master of the written word, her vocabulary is rich and her craft is so well mastered, this whole story captivates and pulls you into the world and you never want to leave. I love the languages that she has created as well, every world having its own tongue and English being the word of royalty, it was incredibly fascinating. Kell, Rhy, and Lila are A class characters and there is so much more to explore in their stories. I'm excited to get into the second book. If you want a story that will transport you into another realm, so vividly created you can taste the air between the pages, this is the story for you.
