This was so good! I listened to this as an audiobook and it was about 2.5 hours. Really impressed with the depth of the world-building and character development in such a short time. Great messages about the power of tradition, being true to yourself and your culture, and stolen artifacts in museums as well. This was the perfect sci-fi novella to break up several heavy fantasy reads for me. I can’t wait to read the sequel!
