This is pure Maggie Stiefvater — unapologetic faith and reverence and eccentricity, with emphasis on people and community and magic (aka miracles) and cars. It didn’t quite steal my heart like TRC or Wolves of Mercy Falls, but it definitely made me feel and think and smile.
