I’ll admit I didn’t really understand the hype when I started reading but I ended up absolutely loving this book!! Ari is such a unique character, very sex positive and very much not wanting to be in a relationship. Josh is an absolute hopeless romantic. We learn this about the two of them in the first chapter and they go through most of the book with those outlooks on relationships. They aren’t the most lovable character in those first few chapters but you grow to love them as the book goes on. The loneliness that each of them feels is relatable and the fear of rejection is so real. The humor and banter in this book is so good. The open door spicy scene was phenomenal. The character growth was so satisfying, I loved the time jumps and mentions of music that was playing during some scenes and the duo perspectives we get in the same chapter. I also really liked how Ari and Rad interacted as friends and how their relationship was strained at times. I loved it, definitely picking this one up!!
