At first, I thought this book was funny and silly, but I quickly started to feel bogged down by the huge number of characters, lack of a coherent plot, and incessant attempts to make jokes about insurance and tourism. My urge to read (generally) is stronger than my desire to read this book specifically, and I don't want to deal with that. Maybe I'll come back to this book/Pratchett at some point in the future.
