I enjoyed this book but it definitely wasn't what I was expecting. Its writing was meh and the synopsis was very misleading. Yes it was a story about grief and writing to men on death row, but it wasnt spooky and the death row part wasnt even a huge aspect of the story. Overall it was just fine. I may have enjoyed it more if I hadn't been expecting what the synopsis had me expect.
